Holyoke focuses on corporate and business law, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust law.  He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1970.  After graduation he served in the United States Army as First Lieutenant stationed in West Germany. Mr. Holyoke began his practice of law in 1972.   He is admitted to practice in all courts in Nebraska, Colorado and before the United States Tax Court.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and serves by appointment of the Nebraska Supreme Court on the Advisory committee which writes ethics opinions for Nebraska lawyers. Within the community, Mr. Holyoke has served as president of the Scottsbluff/Gering United Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Bio-Ethics Committee of the Regional West Medical Center.  He is a national director of the United Leukodystrophy Foundation.  Additionally, he is active in his church and multiple organizations within the community.
