S. Army. He is admitted in Nebraska, Colorado and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Nebraska Bar Foundation. He served for six years by Nebraska Supreme Court appointment on the Advisory Committee which writes ethics opinions for Nebraska lawyers. Mr. Holyoke currently serves as a director of Regional West Health Services, Western Nebraska Community College Foundation, Oregon Trail Community Foundation, Scotts Bluff County Habitat for Humanity, Sugar Valley Rally, Western Nebraska Blood Center, Riverside Zoological Foundation, Panhandle Humane Society Foundation, United Leukodystrophy Foundation, Nebraska Humanities Council and Nebraska Foundation for the Humanities. He co-chairs the Regional West Medical Center Bio Ethics Committee and is a member of the Chancel Choir in his church. He is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce. |
