His areas of emphasis include personal injury, family law and bankruptcy. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska from 1988 to 1992. During that time he was a member of the University's track team. He was selected to the Academic All-Big Eight Track team three times and was awarded a varsity letter award in each of his four years of participation. He earned a degree with distinction in business administration in 1992. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating with distinction in 1994. Mr. Snyder began his practice in 1995. Since that time he has tried numerous cases both to a jury and to the court. He is admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Courts for the State of Nebraska, the Nebraska Supreme Court and all courts of general jurisdiction in Nebraska. He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association. He assists the Volunteer Lawyers Project by taking cases on a pro bono basis. Within the community, Mr. Snyder has served on organization boards including the Panhandle Humane Society and the Riverside Zoological Society. He has been a member of the Morrill Rotary and served on the Village of Morrill planning commission. |
